Materials: DYNING hammock, rope, pulleys, hooks

Description: After putting up this hammock, we realized it took up quite a bit of our patio real-estate. We decided to dual-purpose the hammock as a sunshade. The kids have a splash-pool right below it, so when they want to play we just yank the rope, and the hammock swings up into a perfect sunshade.

We simply attached 2 pulleys to the overhang above, and attached a rope to the aluminum support of the hammock.

I also used a climbing carabiner on one end of the hammock so it can be detached from the wall easily and stored flat against the house.
