Materials: Lilleby trestle, 2x6, drill
Description: My wife and I added an Utby bar underframe and put a slate slab on top to make an island in our kitchen. I decided to build some benches so we can also use the island as a breakfast table.
1) Sand the paint off the Lilleby pieces
2) Assemble the Lilleby
3) Cut 2x6 lumber to the width of the Lilleby
4) Screw the 2x6 to the Lilleby with deck screws
4) Paint to whatever colour you want
